About Brandy Gonzales

I moved to the Central Valley in 1993, where I have built my life, raised my two daughters, and married my wonderful husband Ray, more than 28 years ago. Real estate has always been more than just a career path for me, it’s something I’ve grown into through both life and experience.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor in 2016, I spent 17 years in the home construction industry, gaining a strong understanding of how homes are built, valued and maintained. I also hold a degree in accounting , which gives me a sharp eye for the financial side of every transaction, helping my clients make smart, informed decisions. I purchased my first home at the age of 24, so I understand firsthand how important that milestone is.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of properties, including residential homes, senior communities, acreage, agricultural land and unique situations such as trusts, foreclosures, short sales and probate. This experience allows me to confidently guide my clients through every step of the process. No matter the situation , my focus is always delivering results and making the experience as smooth as possible

Outside of real estate, I value time with my family, traveling, taking girl’s trips with friends, paddle boarding, and spending time near the beach whenever I can.
